Job summary

Golden1 is seeking a Supervisor for BSA Know Your Customer in Sacramento, CA. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience related to BSA/AML governance, fraud, or compliance in a financial institution.
• Previous experience managing a team of BSA/AML Investigators.
• Experience developing controls to detect, prevent and report suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of investigators related to BSA compliance.
• Administer the Credit Union’s BSA/AML Program.
• Ensure controls adequately mitigate risk and maintain regulatory compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of automated data base programs

Strong PC skills – Windows and MS Office Suite

Ability to prepare clear and concise written documents

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice or comparable discipline
