Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive IT project or program management experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing project or program management teams.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
