Job summary

Cloud and Things seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives within a large Integrated Eligibility System environment in Albany, NY. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources and vendor activity, coordinating with business and technical teams across governance groups.

This exempt role requires 7+ years in complex projects and PMO leadership, with data conversion/ETL experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects in health/ human services or public sector environments.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills supporting governance groups.
• Experience coordinating with vendor implementations and data activities.
• Experience with data conversion, data modeling, and ETL coordination.
• Familiarity with systems development lifecycle and matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to project managers and support overall program objectives from a project management perspective.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor schedule and budget variances and develop mitigation strategies for project risks.
• Proactively identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Manage project activities in accordance with established change control processes.
• Lead project teams throughout the systems development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and pilot implementation.
• Coordinate resource allocation across a matrixed organization and across stakeholder groups.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to program leadership and governance groups.
