Qualifications

• Experience providing IT advisory support to executive leadership on infrastructure, security, cloud services, and modernization priorities.
• Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsibilities for enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and infrastructure contracts.

Responsibilities

• Directs infrastructure-level incident response activities, including containment, eradication, system recovery, and forensic coordination.
• Directs enterprise information security operations to prevent unauthorized access, exploitation, and system compromise.
• Monitors contractor performance, compliance, deliverables, costs, and security requirements, providing formal technical assessments.
• Manages enterprise systems administration functions for servers, operating systems, virtualization, storage, and identity services.
• Provides supervisory leadership, including hiring, evaluating performance, managing conduct issues, and ensuring equitable treatment of staff.
