The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of PMO experience, strong governance knowledge, and familiarity with ERP, OMS, SFCC, and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of PMO experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Strong understanding of apparel industry processes and ERP, OMS, SFCC, cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise technology programs aligning with business strategy.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, governance, resourcing, risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and systems integrators for delivery.
• Ensure SOX, SDLC, IT governance compliance and SDLC standards.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, RAID/decision logs, and dashboards.
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders; drive issue resolution.
• Guide PMO methodologies, documentation, and enterprise project standards.
• Lead tech initiatives across SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and ERP ecosystems.
