Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: experience reviewing IT-related work and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
• Customer Service: developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying IT products or services to meet customer needs.
• Oral Communication: briefing senior-level management and IT staff on status and translating complex information for non-technical audiences.
• Problem Solving: identifying alternatives to address highly complex IT-related issues and evaluating sources to generate solutions.
• Qualifying Experience: at GG-15 level, one year of experience with competencies for immediate success in the position.
• For this position, qualifying experience is defined as managing mission partner outreach and relationships; or governance; or synchronizing mission partner efforts to increase operational effectiveness.
