Job summary

Crayola Experience in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead IT initiatives across departments, manage resources, schedules, and budgets, and partner with the IT Director to align technology projects with business goals.

Responsibilities include establishing project plans, coordinating staff, documenting scope, managing vendors, and communicating milestones. A Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification are preferred, with 5–7 years of project leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business-related field is required or preferred.
• 5–7 years of successful project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans for IT and cross-department initiatives based on priorities.
• Manage and assign staff and resources for complex projects spanning departments.
• Document project scope, milestones, and communications using industry best practices.
• Coordinate with IT Director and vendors to ensure plans and SOWs are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
