Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Buyer III to manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and related services for the company and its business clients. This on-site role requires strong negotiation, vendor evaluation, and adherence to purchasing policies.

Responsibilities include issuing RFx, placing orders, processing PRs/POs, performing spend analyses, and collaborating with legal on contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient in documenting business requirements, process flows, status reports and presentations.
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communications skills.
• CPSM, CSM, or C.P.M. purchasing certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and delivery of IT hardware, software, software maintenance and professional services.
• Issue and administer RFx (RFX) from creation to final award.
• Evaluate potential suppliers for quality, delivery, capacity and cost.
• Place orders with suppliers and provide PR/PO status; perform spend analyses.
