Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our IT PMO to lead enterprise IT initiatives from kickoff to completion. You will drive cross-functional alignment between business sponsors and technical teams, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

You will operate independently, manage vendors and stakeholders, and uphold PMO governance across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. A strong background in SDLC and Salesforce delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years managing enterprise IT projects with multi-system dependencies.
• Experience with Salesforce platform projects, including implementations and integrations.
• Operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
• Lead cross-functional IT project teams through all lifecycle phases.
• Serve as liaison between sponsors, technical teams, and executives.
• Track and report status, milestones, and budget using PMO tools.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues; drive resolution.
• Manage scope and change control; evaluate impact of requests.
• Facilitate project meetings and governance adherence.
• Coordinate staffing with functional managers; manage vendors/contractors.
• Support budget forecasting and reconciliation; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain PMO documentation and act as PMO ambassador.
