Job summary

American Unit, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead Supply Chain Transformation initiatives across procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.

You will drive large-scale programs that align business goals with scalable technology solutions in a hybrid Portland environment. The role requires deep IT project management experience, strong Agile delivery skills, and hands-on Azure DevOps expertise to manage backlogs, sprints, releases, and governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience including backlog, sprint, release, and reporting management.
• Experience managing Supply Chain Transformation programs or enterprise application implementations.
• Strong governance, delivery planning, risk and financial management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Proven experience managing executive stakeholders and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Supply Chain Transformation programs from planning through delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and delivery performance.
• Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint planning, delivery tracking, reporting, and release visibility.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Oversee enterprise applications implementations, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation plans with ownership.
• Lead executive communications, status reporting, governance forums, and project updates.
• Ensure technology solutions support procurement, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and supplier management.
