Job summary

Stellix Group in Clifton Park, NY seeks an experienced Lifecycle Solutions Engineering Supervisor to balance billable work with team supervision and growth. You will coach engineers, oversee service delivery, and drive cross-functional project opportunities to deliver customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes lifecycle contract delivery, onboarding, and ensuring quality while coordinating with IT/OT leadership, project management, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and supervise direct reports on service delivery and projects.
• Manage resource planning with IT/OT managers, PMs, and sales for contract services and lifecycle projects.
• Forecast skills and staffing needs 1–3 years out with IT/OT leadership.
• Develop IT/OT team capabilities through development plans and career paths.
• Coordinate day-to-day service calls and maintenance with NY and New England customers.
• Collaborate with PMO on resource scheduling for projects needing IT/OT engineering support.
• Participate in roll-up of services and project proposals and estimations for bids.
• Engage with account managers and customer success to drive project opportunities and value realization.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety procedures, NECI processes, and time/expense reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and support business unit objectives.
• Mentor reports on technical, interpersonal, and business aspects.
• Travel 25–35% within NY and New England.
