Job summary

Stellix is seeking a Senior ITOT Engineer to design, build and secure converged ITOT environments for Life Sciences and Critical Infrastructure clients. You will lead architecture, hands-on implementation and commissioning of industrial control systems, virtualization platforms, and OT cybersecurity controls.

You will balance deep technical work with mentorship, proposal support and standardized engineering practices in a client-facing role. On-site in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or CS.
• 7 years IT/OT engineering experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with DeltaV and FactoryTalk control systems.
• Proficiency with virtualization platforms Proxmox and VMware; server/network infra.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks and network segmentation.
• Strong documentation and structured testing (FAT/SAT, ASTM E2500).
• Excellent communication for client-facing technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and commission distributed control and SCADA systems.
• Lead FAT/SAT testing and integration with historians and OT networks.
• Architect virtualization and edge deployments; standardize build guides.
• Assess and harden OT environments per frameworks; plan remediations.
• Lead client engagements from scoping to handover; prepare estimates.
