As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, your mission is to elevate our IT support and system management to world-class standards. You’ll not only solve complex technical issues but also strategize on IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. Your leadership will build upon our foundations, enhancing our SaaS environment and macOS fleet management for our global team, affectionately known as 'Remoters'.

This role is a gateway to higher leadership positions within Remote's IT department. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our IT operations, influence company-wide technology decisions, and mentor the next generation of IT professionals.
Remote's compensation philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. At first glance our salary bands seem wide. We have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is USD 37,450 to USD 84,250. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate depends on factors such as location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
