Beyond Infinity, LLC is a quickly growing Fairfield County based IT consulting firm seeking a Senior IT & Networking Professional.

You will provide full support and consulting services to clients, both on-site and remotely, handling network design, deployment, project management, installation and migration services, server/workstation configuration and support, and ongoing system maintenance and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT and networking required.
• Excellent communications skills and professionalism with high profile clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience designing, planning and implementing network upgrades and migrations.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and related services.
• Knowledge of Exchange Server and Outlook is a plus.
• Ability to travel within Fairfield County, Westchester County and Manhattan.

Senior IT & Networking Professional

Quickly growing Fairfield County based IT consulting firm seeks highly motivated IT and Networking Consultant. Our mission is to provide our clients the highest level of professional service by promptly delivering smart and effective solutions for their IT needs. We are a full service IT solutions provider and systems integrator working from analysis and architecture through procurement, implementation, and deployment with continued maintenance and support. We take a proactive approach to network system monitoring and maintenance and client relations.

Job Description

In this position, you will provide full support and consulting services to our clients, both on-site and remotely. Your daily tasks will include network design, solution development and deployment, project management, installation and migration services, network, server, and workstation configuration and support, system maintenance and documentation, and end-user training and support. Commutation within the Fairfield County, Westchester County, and Manhattan areas are requirements of the position. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and registered vehicle.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess excellent communications skills and exhibit confidence and professionalism amid high profile clients including corporate executives.
• Superior troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills.
• Time management, multitasking, and strong organizational skills are a requirement including the ability to be prompt and courteous with a close attention to detail.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Strong customer and end-user communications skills for both support and sales.
• 5+ years experience required.
• Mastery of all Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems including Windows XP, Vista, 7, Server Standard & SBS 2003, 2008 and 2011.
• Hands on experience building and rebuilding servers and workstations including RAID arrays.
• Experience designing, planning and implementing network upgrades and migrations.
• Directory and Database Services expertise (Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, etc.)
• High proficiency in Exchange Server 2003, 2007 & 2010 and Outlook 2003, 2007 & 2010.
• Expertise in mobile email technologies and devices (Blackberry Enterprise Server, ActiveSync, iPhone/iPad, Android and Blackberry.)
• Expert firewall, routing, switching and wireless networking skills. (Cisco IOS/CLI, Cisco ASA, WatchGuard, SonicWall, FortiNet, Routing Protocols, InterVLAN routing, Wireless Controllers, Wireless Roaming, NAT, PAT, ACL, IDS and Web Filtering technologies.)
• Full working knowledge and implementation experience of internetworking (OSI Model, Switch Stacking, VLAN, LAG Groups/Port Channels, etc.)
• Full working knowledge and implementation experience of DNS (Domains and Sub-Domains, SOA, NS, CNAME, A and MX Records, etc.)
• Full working knowledge of and implementation experience of network protocols including email (TCP/IP, HTTP(S), SMTP, IMAP, POP, SNMP, etc.)
• VPN experience (IPSec, ISAKMP, PPTP, Site-to-Site and Host-to-Site tunnels.)
• Ability to deploy SOHO networks including cable modem/DSL with a SOHO router/firewall and VPN hardware/software.
• Cisco or other VoIP Implementation, configuration and support a plus. (Cisco UC Series, UC/CallManager Express, Unity, and IP Phones.)
• Cisco, PolyCom, LifeSize or other video conferencing Implementation, configuration and support a plus.
• ConnectWise PSA and LabTech RMM software experience a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required to meet project deadlines.
• A home office with broadband Internet access is required.
