Job summary

AGR, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced IT Operations leader for a high-security contractor role supporting DARPA networks and data centers. Requires 12 years IT experience with 5+ years in IT Operations, Top-Secret clearance, and eligibility for SCI/SAP.

You will design, implement, and maintain secure network and cloud infrastructures, oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with NIST 800-53 and other DoD policies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with increasing responsibility, including 5+ years in IT Operations.
• Minimum Top-Secret clearance, eligible for SCI and SAP.
• DOD or DARPA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and robust network and cloud infrastructures (classified and unclassified).
• Oversee day-to-day operations of DARPA networks and data centers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent outages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and track progress.
• Serve as a primary IT Operations Lifecycle SME supporting the ITD Government mission delivery.
• Review and assess IT contract deliverables for compliance.
