Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager with at least 10 years of expertise in leading teams and managing the implementation of SAP & Oracle ERP solutions. In this role, you will oversee a team of functional business system analysts and drive initiatives related to ERP deployment, system integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for project management, change management, and aligning ERP solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing diverse teams across multiple time zones, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project outcomes using Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for collaboration across organizational levels and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of functional business system analysts, ensuring high performance and development. Foster a collaborative environment across multiple locations.
  • Oversee SAP/Oracle ERP lifecycle, focusing on Sales, Service, and Distribution, from planning to deployment and support. Collaborate to define requirements and ensure system adoption.
  • Manage project deployment, capacity planning, resource allocation, and ensure milestones are met within budget and timelines.
  • Gather and document functional requirements, ensuring solutions align with business processes.
  • Lead change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, including training and communication.
  • Apply Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban) for project management, ensuring continuous delivery and high-quality results.
  • Use ITIL best practices to manage IT services, incidents, and changes, and identify process improvements.
  • Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide flexible working hours for global project coverage, coordinating across time zones.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Expertise in Order to Cash, Service management, CRM integration, eCommerce applications.
  • SAP/Oracle technical certifications and ITIL or project management certifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven teamwork and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (5-20%).
Additional Job Duties:
  • Follow directions and instructions effectively.
  • Interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and the public.
  • Maintain access to sensitive information securely.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 annually. This estimate considers qualifications, experience, and market factors.

Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
