Braun Ambulances seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead and optimize IT and Information Systems at the Van Wert site. You will align local IT priorities with enterprise standards, policies, and initiatives, supporting growth, cybersecurity resilience and profitability.
As a key Site Leadership Team member, you will drive strategic technology initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality IT service delivery across the organization.
The Senior IT Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all IT and Information Systems (IS) functions at the site level. This role ensures alignment between local operational priorities and enterprise-wide technology standards, policies, and initiatives. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), the Senior IT Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth, operational efficiency, cybersecurity resilience, and profitability through strategic technology leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Information/Computer Science technology or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT support at level I and II.
Experience with enterprise systems, databases, and ERP platforms.
Strong experience in IT & IS management.
Advanced MSOffice skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Access
Strategic thinker with a business-first mindset.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and solutions.
Strong problem solving and root cause analysis
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Exceptional communication, organization, productivity and time management skills to work with other departments and vendors to gather information and provide solutions for improvement opportunities.
