Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience in operations, infrastructure, service delivery or leadership.
• 3+ years leading IT teams or cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, SaaS, IAM, backups, and DR.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, vendors, licensing, and procurement.
• Familiarity with IT service management and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure, and governance.
• Develop and execute IT roadmaps, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and deployments from planning to delivery.
• Oversee cybersecurity, compliance, data protection, and disaster recovery efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, renewals, and third-party risk.
• Monitor service levels, performance metrics, and budgets for leadership visibility.
