Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational goals into technical roadmaps and execution plans.
• Serve as senior escalation point for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems issues.
• Architect and deploy secure, scalable networks including air-gapped environments.
• Oversee provisioning, system integrations, and connectivity across domains.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness for classified systems.
• Manage and evolve internal ticketing systems to align tactical tasks with strategy.
• Monitor performance, uptime, and service delivery across secure enclosures.
• Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, and workflow efficiency.
• Oversee license procurement, renewal and compliance with DoD/Air Force policies.
• Develop local policies, performance management and budgets.
• Create multi-year roadmaps for internal and external networks.
