Job summary

Patelco Credit Union is seeking a Senior IT Internal Auditor to plan, execute, and report on IT audits across the technology environment. The role ensures regulatory compliance and strong controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen IT operations and safeguard assets.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in IT auditing within financial services, with knowledge of ITGC, cybersecurity, cloud, and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT auditing experience in financial services or regulated industry.
• Experience with ITGC, cybersecurity, cloud, and data management audits.
• Knowledge of GRC software and data analytics tools; Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT risk-based audits of controls, systems, and processes.
• Audit IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and vendors.
• Evaluate compliance with FFIEC, GLBA, GDPR and industry standards.
• Perform risk assessments and test ITGC, application controls, and change management.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and management action plans; present results to leadership.
