Job summary

HeartShare Human Services of New York is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager in Brooklyn to oversee the agency's technology backbone, including on‑premises and cloud environments, security, and continuity planning. You will lead infrastructure projects, coordinate vendor activities, and provide technical guidance to IT staff, ensuring reliable operations and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
Five+ years in systems administration or enterprise IT.
Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP.
Experience leading infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage on‑premises and cloud infrastructure including servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, virtualization, networking, storage, backup.
Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, security, patching, upgrades, and system health.
Lead or coordinate infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology implementations.
Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, diagrams, standards, inventories, and technical records.
Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership, work assignment, coaching, mentoring, and supervision to the agency.
