Position: Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Remote or Hybrid (must be in a practicing state/jurisdiction)

Reporting to: IT Infrastructure Experience Manager

Position Summary

This role focuses on enhancing the user experience of IT services by understanding user requirements and employing technologies and processes within endpoint management, including Endpoint/Device Management and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and their integration within enterprise IT services.

Core Responsibilities

1. Provide subject matter expertise in MDM, MEM, and VDI systems.
2. Expertise in SCCM / MECM, InTune, GPO / GPP, Windows 10 / 11, iOS / Android, FSLogix, Entra, AVD, and WSUS.
3. Experience in a Co-Managed environment with Cloud Mgmt Gateway and Autopilot configuration.
4. Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
5. Develop solutions to business challenges and collaborate with engineers for implementation.
6. Assess risks and technical debt, providing options for improvement.
7. Utilize advanced PowerShell skills for automation.
8. Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
9. Research emerging technologies and participate in strategic planning.
10. Evaluate and promote adoption of new technologies and process improvements.
11. Manage ticket escalations and ensure SLA compliance.
12. Optimize resource use through thorough analysis.
13. Maintain reliable attendance and communication during scheduled work hours.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
