Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT project management delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Experience leading infrastructure and operations projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery environments.
• Experience managing backlogs or portfolio planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and operations initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, network, security, and operations.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure delivery with minimal disruption.
• Ensure alignment with IT service management processes (change, incident, problem, release).
• Drive transition from project completion to steady-state operations.
