nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer focused on IT infrastructure and applications. The role supports the MDA/TF within the TN SEA team, located in Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO.

You will help elicit requirements, baseline environments, define target-state architectures, and evaluate modernization options. The ideal candidate has extensive DoD program experience, security clearances, and strong systems engineering expertise across data centers, legacy modernization, and

Qualifications

• Master's in a STEM field or equivalent experience
• BA/BS in a related field with 20+ years of experience in lieu of MS
• 12+ years on missile defense or large DoD program/project
• Active Secret clearance; eligible for TS/SCI; U.S. citizen

Responsabilités

• Elicit, develop and manage requirements for IT modernization with government stakeholders
• Baseline current-state environment with portfolio analysis and dependency mapping
• Develop target-state architectures and documentation
• Conduct AoAs and trade studies for legacy apps and infra
• Plan data center consolidation and workload migration with risk analysis
• Apply V-model to requirements traceability from stakeholder need to design
• Author and review technical docs and briefings for senior leadership
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, and PM stakeholders to ensure secure modernization
