Qualifications

• Experience at a defense technology startup or fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company.
• Hands‑on SIEM implementation or tuning experience is a strong plus.
• Direct experience preparing for or operating under NIST 800‑171 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with segmented network architectures and hybrid on‑premise/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure using Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
• Partner with Security Lead on SIEM operations and NIST 800‑171 compliance.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system health.
• Manage system patching and updates using management tools.
• Provide advanced L3/L4 technical support for servers and infrastructure.
• Architect and support disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
