Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years in technology operations, incident/problem management, or remediation tracking.
Strong analytical skills to assess remediation quality and effectiveness.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; building and maintaining reports.
Experience with Jira and ITSM tools (Helix/Remedy, Confluence).
Familiarity with AI automation to reduce toil and improve reporting.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

Evaluate postmortem, IRCR, and PBI actions for root cause alignment.
Track action items across Jira and ITSM tooling; monitor progress.
Prepare reports and dashboards on status, aging, coverage, remediation efficacy.
Collaborate with Problem Coordinators, Incident Commanders, and engineers.
Identify systemic risks and propose remediation improvements.
Support automation and AI-enabled tooling adoption.
Contribute to data quality reviews and reporting standards.
