Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an IT/IA Program Manager II to lead advanced IM/IT and IA support for CDMRP at Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD. You will oversee RMF certification, FISMA, and high-level IT operations, ensuring secure system posture and compliance.

The role requires DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to coordinate with government customers to maintain accreditation, risk management, and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

Advanced IT support in secured environments.
Ability to develop IA documentation for government customers.
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level I certification at time of hire.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain NACI/ADP III designation.

Responsibilities

Perform IAVM compliance, verification, dissemination, and reporting (e.g., ACAS).
Provide technical assistance for network administration, incident handling and reporting, IA/security awareness training.
Track compliance requirements for systems and develop IA documentation, COOP, and CM plans.
In-process/out-process CDMRP staff for network access.
Ensure periodic security inspections, STIG compliance, and report violations.
