Job summary

Twist Bioscience seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and SOX control design across the Salesforce ecosystem. This senior individual-contributor role will own the design, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of the IT SOX control framework, ensuring technology risks to financial reporting are identified, governed, and mitigated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and improving IT control frameworks.
• Ability to translate business/tech risks into effective controls, policies, and governance standards.
• Experience leading control assessments, walkthroughs, testing, remediation with Internal Audit/external auditors.
• Strong understanding of access control, SoD, privileged access, change management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce IT SOX/GRC control framework.
• Translate SOX/tech risks into ITGCs, application controls, policies, and governance standards.
• Embed controls into solution design, implementations, integrations, and tech changes.
• Lead risk and control assessments, testing, deficiency remediation, and monitoring.
• Govern SoD, privileged access, and access reviews.
• Partner with Tech, Finance, InfoSec, Internal Controls, and business teams to strengthen the control environment.
• Lead SOX audit coordination with Internal Audit and external auditors.
• Establish end-to-end technology governance across Salesforce and related integrations.
• Coordinate and govern releases, preserving segregation of duties.
