Job summary

Plexus Corp is seeking a Senior IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance leader to drive the GRC program, policies, and controls across the organization. This role partners with global teams to mature cybersecurity posture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of related experience, advanced leadership skills, and deep knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and GDPR/HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Advanced leadership experience in dynamic, fast paced environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory requirements (SOX, SEC, GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC).

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program and multi-year roadmap.
• Develop, socialize IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking; manage third‑party risk.
• Drive continuous improvement of security controls and GRC processes.
