Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading IT governance, risk and compliance programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, SOC 2, CMMC).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Program initiatives and roadmap.
• Develop and socialize IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee IT risk register, risk assessments, and control effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity audits and remediation tracking.
• Oversee third-party risk management and customer assessments.
