Job summary

Sigmatech, Inc. seeks a highly qualified Facilities, IT, Audio/Visual, and Logistics SME to support SAF/SQ in Arlington, VA.

You will manage desktop, network, and SharePoint needs, coordinate with internal and external IT providers, and help maintain facilities and information systems security. The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 10+ years in IT services, and strong communication with government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years in CS/IS or IT services.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• SharePoint site access management experience.
• Experience with MS SharePoint and SharePoint Designer.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter able to work independently.
• Excellent communication with military/government customers.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end user IT issues across multiple networks (NIPR, SIPR, BICES, JWICS, NMIS, SPRG).
• Coordinate with IT service providers to analyze problems and resolve them promptly.
• Assist with SharePoint and site management for Public AF Portal and DAF SharePoint Online sites.
• Provide Site Collection Administration and requirements gathering for web-portal based systems.
• Help define functional requirements and manage design questions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on technology and facilities.
• Develop solution approaches; improve site design and workflows.
• Support facility agreements, manage supplies and equipment, ensure compliance.
• Assist SAF/SQ meeting facilities at all locations, including setup.
• Provide ISSO duties: access, data transfers, and media handling.
