Job summary

Sigmatech, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Facilities, IT, Audio/Visual, and Logistics SME to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration (SAF/SQ) in Arlington, VA.

SAF/SQ oversees space systems acquisition and architecture integration across USSF and DoD partners. Responsibilities include end-user support across multiple networks, SharePoint site management, and governing facility agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, CIS, SharePoint Administration or IT Services.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience as a Client Service Technician or Designated IT Representative.
• SharePoint site access management and subsite creation experience or willingness to learn.
• Background in MS SharePoint and SharePoint Designer.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑starter able to work independently to complete objectives.
• Excellent communication skills with military/government customers.
• Ability to solve problems and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Resolve or facilitate resolution of end user questions and issues for SAF/SQ across multiple networks.
• Coordinate with IT service providers to analyze problems and reach timely resolution.
• Assist with SharePoint and site management for Public and DAF SharePoint Online sites.
• Provide Site Management/Admin support for web-portal based systems.
• Help define functional requirements and assist with design and review questions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tech equipment and facilities.
• Assist in defining solution approaches and improving site design and workflows.
• Support SAF/SQ facility agreements, manage supplies and equipment, ensure standards.
• Support SAF/SQ meeting/conference facilities at all locations, including setup.
• Provide Information Systems Security Officer duties for SAF/SQ.
