The role oversees operations, technology strategy, supplier management, and cost controls within a high-reliability healthcare environment, driving security and efficiency across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operations: manage and coordinate day-to-day ITIL-like processes, crisis management, support escalation, change and release management.
• Technology Strategy: develop and document strategy and roadmaps for infrastructure tech, align with industry trends.
• Research and Analysis: plan and coordinate initiatives including cost, optimization and efficiency.
• Supplier Management: work with suppliers and vendors; manage reporting, dashboards, and metrics for quality.
• Financial Management: plan and monitor operating and capital budgets for assigned areas.
• Role requires safe, high-reliability operations with potential changes to scope.

Job Description Summary

Sr. IT Engineer MDM will work to manage and evolve our enterprise device fleet across Apple, Windows, and Android platforms. You'll own the day-to-day operations and strategic roadmap for our mobile device management stack, ensuring devices are provisioned, secured, and maintained at scale. This role is a strong fit for someone who's comfortable owning enrollment workflows end-to-end and troubleshooting the inevitable edge cases that come with a large, diverse device fleet.

Responsibilities And Duties

40% - Operations

Works with internal customers and 3rd party vendors to communicate, coordinate, manage expectations, approve, and assist with operational processes such as crisis management, support escalation, change management, release management, capacity management, and other ITIL processes

20% - Technology Strategy

Assists and sometimes leads the development of technology strategy and roadmap within a given area of specialty including design, documentation, communication, and implementation of new or existing standards for infrastructure technologies while remaining current on industry trends

10% - Research and Analysis

Analyzes, plans, justifies, schedules, and coordinates the implementation and maintenance of the specialty area’s administrative, operational, and financial initiatives including TCO, optimization, and efficiency

25% - Supplier Management

Works with suppliers and, when needed, vendors to produce outcomes consistent with organizational strategy. Overseas reporting metrics, dashboards, and status reporting to meet expectations for quality and performance for discretionary, support and maintenance work.

5% - Financial Management - Plans, monitors and controls operating and capital budget for assigned areas of responsibilities.

• Hands-on administration experience with Jamf Pro for Apple device management
• Hands-on administration experience with Workspace ONE UEM (Omnissa)
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows/cross-platform management
• Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager and ADE/DEP enrollment workflows
• Experience with device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment across platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility concepts: supervised mode, zero-touch provisioning, conditional access
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, device OS, and MDM policy conflicts
• Clear written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration
