BEPC Inc. is actively seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join our client site in Richardson, TX.

This role focuses on IT/OT infrastructure for a mission-critical semiconductor manufacturing environment, including deployment and operations support for servers, VMware, Linux, Windows, and container platforms. The Senior IT Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure that digitizes business and manufacturing processes, with emphasis on Kubernetes

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments (not coursework).
• 5+ years supporting enterprise server ecosystems.
• 5+ years Windows Server OS and RHEL 5–9.x.
• 3+ years ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
• 3+ years virtualization platforms including VMware, vSAN, vSphere, VCF/NSX.
• 1+ years Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and support IT/OT solutions for a mission-critical manufacturing environment.
• Provide operational support for on-premises server infrastructure (virtual and physical).
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain infrastructure standards and support 24×7 operations.
• Support Hyper-Converged Infrastructure platforms such as Dell VXRail.
• Troubleshoot performance issues in virtualized and physical workloads.
• Migrate workloads from physical servers to virtualized environments and expand container platforms.
