• Senior management role responsible for enterprise IT portfolio management and for advancing CalSTA's enterprise data, AI, and emerging technology capabilities.
• Provides leadership in IT policy, long-range technology planning, enterprise portfolio governance, and data/AI strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise IT portfolio governance and prioritization of complex, high-visibility technology initiatives.
• Collaborates with CalSTA executive leadership, Transportation Departments, control agencies, technical teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners.
• Oversees policy development, strategic planning, and implementation of data and AI strategies across the agency.
