Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is seeking an IT Engineer II to partner with commercial and IT teams in the US to assess business needs and deliver data and analytics solutions across the US Commercial organization. You will translate requirements into plans, guide junior engineers, and ensure secure, compliant, scalable systems in cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT engineering experience in regulated or GxP environments preferable.
• Strong SQL development and Snowflake platform understanding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and technical designs.
• Drive solution components end-to-end across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Lead junior engineers and provide clear direction and status updates.
• Maintain system security, compliance, and governance per regulatory standards.
