Qualifications

• Experience providing system administration for a diverse range of devices and platforms.
• Experience with TACLANES/KGs and upgrading them.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and the Office 365 enterprise suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced IT customer support for hardware, software, systems, and applications; diagnoses and resolves complex incidents.
• Installs, configures, maintains, and modifies IT equipment and systems; documents solutions to minimize service interruptions.
• Administers cybersecurity programs and ensures compliance with DoD/Air Force requirements.
• Supports IT lifecycle management, budgeting, and purchase requests; provides training and guidance on IT services.
• Serves as senior cybersecurity advisor and leads risk assessments and strategic IT planning.
• Maintains COMSEC/COMPUSEC/TEMPEST programs and relationships with Wing Cybersecurity Office.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to implement policy, procedures, and security controls.
