Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced ISSE to monitor and enforce security controls across technical, operational, and management domains. You will develop and document security plans and contingency measures, and prepare artifacts for annual audits.

The ideal candidate will review vulnerability scans, manage POA&M activities, and perform security assessments such as STIG and FISMA, ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent, 8+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years with ICD 503 and NIST 800-53 policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce security controls for technical, operational, and management support.
• Develop and document system security plans, contingency plans, and related artifacts.
• Prepare system artifacts for annual audits and review vulnerability scans.
