Job summary

Lambda seeks an experienced Internal Audit Lead – IT Systems and Controls to own SOX IT controls testing and ITGCs. The role involves leading control design, testing, evidence collection, and remediation across homegrown and third-party systems, while coordinating with IT and engineering teams.

You will supervise staff and co-sourced resources, evaluate control deficiencies, and advise on risk mitigation. Strong communication with senior management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Accounting, or related field.
• CISA/CISSP preferred; CPA or CIA a plus.
• 10+ years in IT audit or IT SOX, with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of IT SOX testing for ITGCs and key reports.
• Coordinate evidence collection, remediation, and closure of audit gaps.
• Manage co-sourced and internal staff, ensuring high-quality results.
• Provide advisory guidance on IT risk, controls optimization, and regulatory matters.
• Present findings and remediation progress to Head of Internal Audit and Audit Committee.
