Job summary

The Kaiser Permanente IT Laboratory Portfolio is seeking an IT Consultant to join a collaborative team. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle for Laboratory IT solutions, including cost estimating, design, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and configuration.

You will work with Cerner Millennium, EPIC Beaker, Wellsky Transfusion, Data Innovations, and other tools, delivering solutions to business partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments.
• Minimum one (1) year software or application development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field with eight (8) years IT consulting, business analysis, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads or oversees business-specific projects applying deep expertise and coordinating resources.
• Develops requirements for complex processes or systems across multiple domains.
• Evaluates, designs, and documents business cases including ROI and TCO.
