Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and ITSM.
• Experience with IT automation using PowerShell or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service management for timely resolution of service requests.
• Manage and administer Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
• Automate provisioning and configuration with PowerShell or Azure CLI.
