Qualifications

• BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent.
• Sr. IT CSM: 5+ years in IT/engineering/business ops.
• Principal IT CSM: 10+ years in IT/engineering/business ops.
• Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation.
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems.
• Shipbuilding or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow and Smartsheets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for BIW business units and IT leadership.
• Communicate and negotiate with management; present business cases.
• Operate as embedded IT consultant; participate in long-range planning.
• Govern IT service requests and project pipeline.
• Ensure user accessibility and seamless app usage.
• Coordinate IT major purchases and procurement.
• Benchmark IT best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate on IT initiatives and product enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement and BOS adoption.
• Develop business analysis and solution development activities.
