Job summary

IMDiversity is seeking a Systems Engineer IT Capacity to support the Department of War's mission at Offutt AFB, NE. You will develop capacity utilization dashboards and manage compute resources to ensure optimal performance and compliance with service levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/DoW configuration management experience.
• Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation ITSM Certification within the first 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of capacity utilization dashboards.
• Assist in developing capacity and performance reports.
• Monitor current performance and assist in creating plans for improving performance.
