Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in application development or systems analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and computer architectures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight as functional and technical lead during development, implementation, and testing of complex projects
• Drive business architecture design including process maps and capability roadmaps
• Lead requirements gathering and clarify technical impacts with stakeholders
• Develop detailed functional requirements and user stories including non-functional requirements
• Support user acceptance testing, production support, and deployment readiness
