Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT BA experience in healthcare data exchange.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement engineering with clinical, billing, and network operations to map healthcare data pipelines.
• Design data mappings converting legacy formats into modern cloud data lake models.
• Collaborate with Databricks to translate business logic into PySpark/SQL transformation pipelines.
• Enforce interoperability standards and regulatory compliance across internal platforms.
• Define test scenarios, validate payloads, and coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing.
