• Build collaborative partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful deliverables.
• Fulfill data requests as needed.

Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst for KOALA is responsible for analyzing business needs and supporting the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems for the client. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for KOALA, providing guidance to Child Care Services (CCS), Legal/CRC units, the DECAL application development team, and third-party vendors. The position also supports KOALA production activities, enhancements, and testing.
