Job summary

Ferrero North America HQ in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for IT, Professional Services & Benefits to lead strategic sourcing across IT, services, and employee benefits.

You will partner with Technology, HR, Finance and Legal to drive supplier negotiations, contract governance, and cost optimization in a complex, matrixed organization. 10+ years of indirect procurement experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply management.
• Expertise in category strategy development, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and spend optimization.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, RFI/RFP/RFQ, market analysis, risk management, and TCO analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influencing multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across IT, Professional Services, and Benefits.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, spend analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify value opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and rate card management.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage governance, and report savings and value creation.
