Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, IT or business-related preferred.
• CISA, CISSP, CIA or related certification preferred.
• 3–5 years IT audit, compliance, information security, risk or governance experience required.
• 3–5 years financial services/banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST).
• Experience with bank technology systems/data analysis tools and audit software.

Responsibilities

• Work with audit teams to execute IT and integrated audits.
• Plan audits, identify risks, determine scope, and develop risk-based procedures.
• Interview personnel to assess control environments and processes.
• Collect and analyze data, evaluate information, and draw conclusions.
• Prepare clear audit documentation per IIA standards.
• Identify value-added recommendations for management.
• Summarize findings and present to management and audit leadership.
• Lead meetings on audit status and corrective actions.
• Prepare concise audit reports with observations and actions.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest policies and federal/state regulations.
• Navigate office software and department-specific tools; work as a team.
