Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to lead audits of IT general controls and infrastructure within a banking environment. You will plan, test, report, and follow up on audit results with autonomy and professional judgment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and preferred certifications (CISA/CISSP/CIA), plus 3–5 years in IT audit or information security within financial services. Strong data analysis, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or Business-Related preferred.
• CISA, CISSP, CIA or other related certification preferred.
• 3-5 years IT audit, compliance, information security, risk, or governance-related experience required.
• 3-5 years Financial services/banking-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with audit teams to execute IT and integrated audits.
• Conduct planning activities to identify significant risks, determine audit scope, and develop risk-based audit procedures.
• Interview key personnel to assess business processes and control environments.
• Collect and analyze data for audits, evaluate information, and draw conclusions.
• Prepare audit documentation and reports in line with IIA standards.
• Present audit findings to management and stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.
