MSIG USA is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to provide independent assurance by evaluating IT systems, processes, and controls. The role conducts risk-based audits, identifies control gaps, and makes recommendations to strengthen IT governance and risk management.

This hybrid position requires 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in IT auditing, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferred certifications (CISA/CISM/CISSP).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• CISA, CISM or CISSP is preferred.
• 3-5 years of IT audit experience.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity control frameworks including COBIT and NIST.
• Understanding of SOX/MARSOX compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technology risk-based audits under supervision of management.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures within IT functions by examining records and documentation.
• Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend risk mitigation measures and cost savings.
• Prepare audit work papers including planning memos, risk assessments, and conclusions.
• Prepare and present reports describing IT processes, controls, and remediation plans.
• Ensure audit findings are discussed with management and tracked through remediation.
